3 semester credits This course is designed to give students exposure to a variety of fi tness, sport and game activities that are utilized in the middle and high school health promotion programs of many Montana schools to promote lifetime fi tness activities. Emphasis is placed on skills development, skills progression, and evaluation of motor performance as well as lifetime enjoyment. Safety and organization of units and curriculum are also discussed.
