2 semester credits Laboratory portion of Organic Chemistry II. Preparation and identifi cation of ether, carboxylic acid, esters, amines, aldehydes, ketone, other compounds, and reaction mechanisms. Concurrent enrollment in CHEM 342 is required. Prerequisite: CHEM 343. This course taken in conjunction with the lecture portion of the course (CHEM 342) meets the laboratory science requirement.
