Agricultural machine uses, terminology, components, effi ciencies, characteristics, and maintenance will be studied. Topics relating to safety, power transfer principles (gears, belts, chains, and fl uid drives), fi eld operations, hitching, operator manuals, trends in machinery, and basic machinery management will be examined.
