Prerequisite: ENGL 204. Provides extensive practice in the writing of scenes and plays. Develops various playwrighting skills such as convincing dialogue, believable and interesting characterization, correct pacing of plot and action, and appropriate use of setting. Develops analytical skill through discussion of selected professional and student-produced work. ($10 photocopying fee).
