Federal Income Tax Law for corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, and gifts. In-depth experience with tax research resources, research methodologies and related projects. The student will be required to participate in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program in order to acquire practical experience in communication with taxpayers and preparation of tax returns. Prerequisite: ACCT 441. Certain courses are only offered during the fall or spring semesters, or may be available only in alternating years.
