Focuses on the role of senior managers, responsible for the strategic assessment of the business with a philosophy of continuous improvement. Discussions involve; analysis of business problems; marketing research and plans; long-term fi nancial decisions; capital budgeting; the cost of capital; the valuation of a business; and the development of integrated strategies.
