Provide the student with the skills and knowledge to effectively install, confi gure, and administer Windows XP and use Local Area Network hardware and software. TCP/IP will be utilized as communication protocol of choice for this course. A systems approach will be followed in the installation, support and operation of the systems and their related applications. In addition, this course provides preparation for the exam Installing, Confi guring, and Administering Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Exam # 70-270. Pre-requisite: Successful completion of AAS degree in Information Systems Analysis or related fi eld.
