The study of mammals, their evolution, natural history, identifi cation of regional mammals, and fi eld techniques for scientifi c study. The course includes anatomy, phylogenetics, systematics, ecology, practical fi eld and laboratory techniques. Three hours of lecture and one 3-hour laboratory period per week. There will be at least one weekend fi eld trip. Pre-requisite: a grade of "C" or better in BIOL 202. Lab fee.
