Topics will include family structure, employment, migration patterns, Franco-American contributions to literature and music, and the factors contributing to making this ethnic minority an "invisible" population. Readings and discussion inEnglish. Counts toward the French major, the American Studies major and the Women's Studies minor. 4 credits. Does not satisfy the Arts and Humanities language requirement. Fall, alternate years.
