Topics include: why are women entering the labor force today and what are the opportunities available to them; what are the paid differentials for men and women; what is meant by the increasing "feminization of poverty" and what is being done tocounteract this trend; how the notion "comparable worth" is being used to equalize the wages of men and women and how successful is this strategy 1 credit, weekend intensive.
