This course provides instruction in a variety of behavior strategies including the development of social skills. Emphasis will be placed on students with disabilities in a broad range of educational environments. Proactive systems of behavior intervention management and modification are examined to target specific behaviors while providing an environment that encourages inclusion self-advocacy and increased independence. Methods of data collection and analysis will be explored throughout this course.
