Prerequisites: None. This course meets the requirements of the Maine Real Estate Commission for preparation to sit for the state exam. The course time frame covers 60 hours of class time with state approved quizzes and tests. The student must score a minimum grade of 75% on all quizzes and tests and must complete a minimum of 40 hours of documented training with a designated broker of state-approved mentor. To satisfactorily complete this course the student is required to return the completed and signed Field Experience Form to the course instructor for approval.
