Prerequisites: None. This course equips the student with an entry level competency in real estate. This course meets the requirements of the Maine Real Estate Commission for preparation to sit for the state exam. The course time frame covers 55 hours of class time plus a minimum of three quizzes and a final exam all of which the student must pass with a minimum score of 75% in order to sit for the state exam.
