This is a WECM Course Number. Prerequisite: CETT 1429. A study of various semiconductor devices incorporated in circuits and their applications. Emphasis on circuit construction, measurements, and analysis. Topics will include JFETs, MOSFETs, oscillators, thyristors, power supply systems, voltage regulators, multistage amplifiers and power amplifiers. (3 Lec., 3 Lab.)
