It focuses on recent developments in theory, research, policy and practice related to prominent contemporary issues; facilitates the critical analysis of such issues; and provides a forum in which the most recent issues can be synthesized in a manner that promotes a greater understanding of the dynamic interactions between research (methods and theory) and application (policy and practice).
