Legal concepts relating to sales, commercial paper, anti-trust, bankruptcy, forms of business organizations, insurance, real property, secured transactions, suretyship, wills, estates, and trusts are presented as issues relating to specific business situations. Problems relating to financial reporting responsibilities and the growing role of federal securities regulation on the business community are also discussed.
