Prerequisite: ACCT 3152 or consent of department. A study of the major topic areas in U.S. taxation of transnational transactions. Emphasis will be placed on the law affecting individuals and corporations. Some possible topics are the foreign tax credit, source of income rules, subpart F, intercompany pricing, foreign sales corporations, etc. You may not enroll in this course if your plan is GPMSA or GUNNM or GPMBA or GPCPA
