Th is interdisciplinary course, team-taught by the Director and Assistant Director of the Learning Center, is intended to prepare undergraduates for working as peer tutors. Students will study theories of adult development, learn several approaches to tutoring in their discipline(s), and practice their tutoring and communication skills. Th is course may be taken for 2- or 4-credits. Cannot be repeated. Prereq: permission of instructor is required. 2/4 cr.
