Course will review basic knowledge of bus/"B Class" straight-truck operation,proper maintenance and operation of motor cargo/passenger equipment, theory of routine vehicle inspections, review of the rules and regulations of the Department of Transportation and other federal and state agencies, start and operation of a vehicle, park and secure the vehicle under normal conditions, and safety procedures ad defined by the Occupational Safety and Health Act. Course prepares student as a bus/"B Class" straight-truckoperator. Prerequisite: Instructor's approval.
