Focuses on planning and implementing a curriculum for children ages birth to three years of age. Students will learn a variety of infant and toddler theories and apply them to the design of appropriate curriculum for infants and toddlers. Major developmental domains such as physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and language development will be utlizied. Students will learn and utilize best practice in infant/toddler curriculum planning to include routines, individualized curriculum, and caregiving relationships. Prerequisites: ECE 126, ECE 127, and ECE 130.
