This course allows students to enter into a dialogue with seasoned and accomplished people, Insights Scholars, about the ways in which their professional and personal lives have intertwined. Discussions with these visitors to our campus (and/or our visits to their worksites) will give students in this course the opportunity to analyze how the distinction between "public" and "private" has come to be socialconstructed, that is, made "real" by our beliefs and actions about it.
