Emphasizes development of knowledge and skills necessary to prepare and defend a sound financial plan in the public sector, including understanding of essential concepts and rules of government accounting and the use of computer spreadsheets to analyze and present financial data. Also includes application of economic theories to government budget decisions. Prerequisite: PADM301 or permission of instructor.
