Examines the physiological response to acute and chronic bouts of exercise in apparently healthy individuals, as well as individuals with disease and special needs. Uses a systems approach, which will serve as the foundation for designing an appropriate exercise program for any patient referred to the physical therapist. Prerequisite: BIOL716.
