Includes using dichotomous keys for plant and insect identification, astronomy of the fall skies, examination of a restored prairie, migratory bird identification, and mapping skills. Techniques for monitoring a natural site will be presented. Offers classroom activities in mathematics, literature, and related arts. A weekend field study course designed for elementary teachers.
