3 credits each semester A two-semester sequence, which includes atomic structure, chemical bonding, stoichiometry, gases, equilibrium, thermochemistry, kinetics, electrochemistry and nuclear chemistry. Each course is designed to be taken with the corresponding laboratory (151L and 152L). Lecture and discussion 3 hours per week.
