2 hours. Answers questions about engineering covering such areas as branches of engineering, engineering report writing, professional liability, ethics and responsibility, the library, problem solving techniques. The concepts of teamwork and the engineering design process are presented through a required design project. ENGR 102 - Computer Aided Design 2 hours. Computer aided design (CAD) is introduced, using the professional software. Students develop the ability to draw and design in two dimensions, to visualize these drawings in three dimensions, and to communicate with others using drawings.
