Topics of study include co-ownership of property, acquisition of title, recording, land contracts, real estate brokers, landlord and tenant, escrow, zoning, eminent domain and government regulation of the real estate business. Also included is an introduction to mortgages and mortgage financing. Prerequisites: LAW 241, junior standing.
