4 hours. Field work associated with federal, state or local agencies for the aging, or with social service, health care, legal, recreational or residential facilities primarily serving older adults. Supervision provided jointly by agency personnel and the instructor. At least 6 hours per week in a field placement is expected. Prerequisites: Senior Gerontology major and permission of instructor.
