3 hours. The study of skeletal, joint, and muscular systems in the human body, including analysis of muscular-skeletal movement applied to exercise, sports, and dance-related skills. Emphasis will be placed on the principle of rigid body mechanics (statics and dynamics), Newton's Laws and how they govern human movement in sport and exercise. Prerequisite: Concurrent enrolment in ATHT 205.
