1 hour. This is a course for senior athletic training students. It is designed to expose the athletic training student to the necessary recognition, evaluation and treatment skills needed to assess a variety of medical conditions affecting athletes and physically active individuals. Emphasis will be on developing clinical proficiencies of advanced assessment related to pathologies and disorders affecting the endocrine, exocrine, respiratory and autonomic nervous systems. Prerequisite: Concurrent enrollment in ATHT 495.
