The intent of this course is to engage in a cross-cultural study of the relationship of film to social order and crime. Films construct images about social reality. The ways in which these images present and interpret this relationship will be examined from various analytical standpoints, including ethnomethodology, semiology, and post-modernism. Prerequisite: CRM 215J. Cr 3.
