The merging of technology and democracy in the modern global organization has raised numerous workplace issues ranging from the day-to-day roles of employees to mapping the organization's future. This course explores and integrates the interrelationships of the line and staff functions of 21st Century business. Students are "hired" into the College's own small business and become hands-on managers charged with the success of that business.
