Includes basic statistical tools, principles of customer focus, teamwork, empowerment, leadership, and incorporating quality into a manufacturing environment based on teachings of Deming, Juran, et. al. Includes Six Sigma principles, design, philosophy, concepts, and techniques. The Body of Knowledge (BOK) required for ASW Certification as Certified Quality Manager is covered.
