Prerequisite: BUS 2003 and BUS 1203 or BUSI 1003 Covers the principles of effective oral and written communications in a business office with emphasis on fluency, coherence, and accuracy. Topics include verbal/nonverbal, writing, reading, and listening skills, team assignments and participation, as well as psychological principles, information analysis for letter writing and revision, and employment skills involved in effective business communications including correct letter writing procedures for business situations.
