Prerequisites: CNMG 3333 or consent of instructor. Introduction to the principles of construction project field supervision and equipment management. Supervision topics include leadership, motivation, communications, problem solving, decision making, production control, quality control, and computerized reporting. Equipment management topics include time value of money, equipment depreciation, earth moving fundamentals, ownership and operating cost, and equipment selection and usage. Two hours lecture, two hours lab. Three credit hours.
