Prerequisites: MATH 2310 and MATH 3312. Introduces the student to basic graphics architecture, coordinate systems, three-dimensional representations and transformations, simple visible-surface algorithms, introduction to illumination, Gouraud and Phong shading, antialiasing, texture mapping, and animation techniques. Three hours lecture per week. Three credit hours.
