A survey and study of the major cryptographic techniques, algorithms, and implementations, with emphasis on applications to communications and network security. Intended as a practical introduction to the current state-of-the-art ocryptographic usage. Dual-listed in the UALR Graduate Catalog as CPSC 5376. Three hours lecture. Three credit hours.
