This course provides students with an advanced study in the profession of sports medicine. Topics include the care, prevention, and rehabilitation of injuries; protective devices, therapeutic exercises, physical therapy modalities, legal concerns, administration of sports medicine, and physiology of injury and exercise. Prerequisite: HPE 205 (can be taken concurrently) and HPE 210. Lab Fee: $20.
