Student discussions, readings, and presentations of topical biological subjects using current scientific literature, monographs, and journals. Capstone course emphasizing refinement of oral and written communication skills and critical thinking. All students are required to take the ETS Major Field Test in Biology, and the results of the test will be factored into the grade for this course. Pass/fail grading. Prerequisite: BYS 119, 120, 219, 300 and senior standing.
