For music majors pursuing the jazz emphasis only. The Senior Jazz Recital represents the final semester of studio instruction on the primary jazz instrument for music majors pursuing the jazz emphasis. The recital must include a minimum of 30 minutes of music. The student must pass a recital jury at least two weeks before the scheduled recital performance. Prerequisites: Departmental Permission and three semesters of one of the following: MUJ 231, 241, 251, 261, 271, 281. Studio instruction fee: $90.
