Prerequisite: MATH 204 with a C or better or permission of instructor An application oriented study of linear algebra for students whose interests are in teaching K-8. Topics that will be emphasized include: systems of equations; vector spaces; subspaces; linear dependence and independence; linear transformations; matrices and matrix algebra; determinants; and eigenvalues and eigenvectors. (MATH 303 does not count toward a major or minor in mathematics.)
