Continues the presentation of a model which analyzes the life-cycle and organizational functioning focusing on the period from early adolescence through very old age, as well as the effects on systems of diversity, oppression and populations-at-risk. Emphasis is placed on the interactional processes involved in the socialization of the individual as a member of the family unit, social groups, organizations and communities. Prereq: SWRK 320.
