This course is designed to provide the student with the opportunity to participate in a structured physical fitness routine. Components include flexibility, muscular strength and endurance and cardiovascular training. Can be repeated for credit and will provide exposure to Army ROTC procedures and opportunities. Freshmen and sophomores are encouraged to participate because of their eligibility as it relates to possible ROTC financial benefits.
