Teams conduct a design project that includes development of requirements and objectives, project planning, information research, concept development and assessment, detailed design, preparation of assembly and part drawings, technical report writing and a technical presentation. Ethics, safety and team building are included. Project requires use of 3D CAD technology. One hour lecture and one three-hour lab. Prereq: ENGR 112 and MATH 251 or instructor's approval.
