Upon successful completion of this course the student should be familiar with introductory geometry, geometric constructions, congruence, similarity, measurement, and coordinate geometry. The student should exhibit competence in using congruence and similarity to solve geo-metric problems, completing geometric constructions and introductory proofs, and the ability to communicate using mathematical terminology. Prereq: MATH 007 grade C- or higher, or meet one Math Proficiency standard above, or c/i. (fall/spring)
