			Upon completion of this course students will apply, analyze, and evaluate methods used in teaching health and physical education in grades K-12, with particular emphasis on middle and secondary levels. Skills and concepts will include teaching styles, management and content issues, technology and software materials and their application, emphasis on instructionally and developmentally appropriate methods of instruction, construction of lesson and unit plans, and appropriate methods for assessment of student progress.
