An introduction to the anatomical and physiological aspects of hearing. The course will explore the etiology and types of hearing loss. It also focuses on theory and practice of techniques of auditory assessment with emphasis on pure tone, speech and impedance audiometry, and the interpretation of test results. (Formerly SPTH 374) Prerequisite: SPTH 2500.
