This course teaches the fundamentals of the Lisp language and introduces the concepts of functional programming and symbol manipulation. Included are data abstraction principles, function definition tools, macros, lambda calculus, dynamic and lexical binding issues, destructive and non-destructive storage mechanisms, and the Lisp user support environment.
