Topics include the evolution and role of the modern HRM function in organizations, research methods in HRM, and the major HRM functions (e.g., job analyses, recruitment and selection, staffing, training and career development, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits). Prerequisites: MGMT 300. Restricted to School of Business majors and minors. Others may seek permission from the School of Business. Credits: 3(3-0) Offered every fall
