This course focuses on requirement analysis and the logical specification of information systems. It includes a study of the systems development process and of the techniques and methods used in structured systems analysis. Course objectives are to review strategies for developing information system applications; to present the development life cycle as a basic concept for managing and controlling application development; and to examine group dynamics and individual behavior in the development process.
